Q: WHO IS YOUR IDEAL WEDDING CLIENT?

A: After every wedding, I ask my couples, “If you would change one thing about your wedding day, what would it be?” The answer that I hear most often is, “Remember, this is YOUR day. Don’t let other people’s expectations influence your choices, big or small.” Expectations can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to let those stack up and take over. A lot of people want to have a say in how you spend your wedding day, and by the end of it, sometimes you feel that it was a production for others and not an accurate reflection of YOU AS A COUPLE. Currently, I only book 10 elopements/intimate weddings per year. I love couples being down to adventure with me. I dig creating memories with my couples more than the rushing around while sticking to strict timelines. I want to plan with you, but also allow time to go off the beaten path and see where the wind takes us. It’s important to me to capture your personality in these photos, and document those quiet moments that may get lost in the anxious shuffle of a typical wedding day. Q: WHAT ARE YOUR WEDDING RATES?

A: A full day experience starts at $6,500. If you want me for a whole freakin’ weekend or entire WEEK for the honeymoon adventure too, let’s talk! This can include all of the things: the actual wedding day, boudoir, lifestyle session, headshots, family adventures, dinners/brunches… maybe all of us parachuting out a plane? Possibilities are endless.

Q: DO YOU OFFER MENTORING SESSIONS?

A: Absolutely! Book an hour sit down/coffee session with me. In that hour you can ask anything and everything under the sun, share stories over coffee, get advice and have your portrait taken: $400 (DFW area only unless you catch me on a trip). To book a 1 hour Skype date it’s $350. I book 4 mentoring sessions per month. Don’t be shy. Say hi:

Q: HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING & HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I BOOK?

A: A deposit of half of the total amount & a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. I only book 10 weddings per year. Typically 1.5 years in advance.

 

Q: DO I GET A THUMBDRIVE OF IMAGES?

A: Heck yes you do and a pretty package! PS: Don’t forget to backup your thumbdrive when you get your images. Technology sometimes hates us and can fail.

 

Q: DO YOU TRAVEL?

A: YES! More than I stay in one place actually. I am always on the go for weddings/events. The Philippines, Greece, Costa Rica, Spain, Virgin Islands, Mexico, London, Hawaii and Ireland to name a few. I require airfare, lodging and transportation.

Q: AFTER THE WEDDING HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR WEDDING IMAGES/PACKAGE?

A: 8 weeks for images to be delivered.

 

Q: WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT TO THE IMAGES?

A: Steph Grant Photography does and retains the right to use the images, without compensation or notification to the client, to promote her business and the other wedding vendors involved in your day. She may display them in or outside our offices or the offices of partnering vendors, post them on this site, Facebook, Twitter, on a blog, in a magazine, book, app or social network.

 

Q: BUT WHAT IF I DON’T WANT YOU TO USE MY IMAGES?

A: Featuring images from your wedding is how I meet new couples. Heck, it’s probably how you found me:) I am very proud of my work and also like to get published & give back.

Q: CAN I PLEASE GIVE APPROVAL FOR YOU TO USE IMAGES OR HAVE THE IMAGES KEPT PRIVATE?

A: Definitely, but there will be a charge for limiting the use of the images. Let me know your concerns and we’ll work out the details in the contract.

 

Q: WHAT ARE THE CLIENTS USE OF THE IMAGES?

A: The client will receive a flashdrive of high-resolution, non-watermarked, edited, color corrected, digital files (not the RAW images) and web quality images for personal use only.
